Who We are

The Indonesia Stove Alliance (ATI) was established in early 2013 to respond to the need for clean-cooking solutions for the households in Indonesia that use biomass.

ATI is a platform for knowledge and experience sharing, partnership, and cooperation regarding the use of clean stoves in Indonesia for Government Agencies, Private Sectors, Community Organizations, Research Institutions, Universities, and Individuals. ATI aims to facilitate a scaling-up of efforts to bring clean cooking to all households in Indonesia.

ATI envisions that by 2030 all households in Indonesia will use clean cooking stoves, and that Indonesia will be free from Indoor air pollution caused by traditional biomass cooking technologies.

ATI is working in close partnership with the Bio-energy Department of the Ministry of Energy, is supported by the World Bank Clean Stove Initiative Team, and is funded by the Australian Aid.
